摘要
利用广东省21个地级市2005-2011年的相关数据,实证分析了基本公共服务地区差距的影响因素。结果表明,经济发展水平和财政能力是影响地区间基本公共服务支出差距的显著因素;财政支出的偏好则是最重要的影响因素,其影响程度远远高于经济发展水平和财政能力,说明地方政府对基本公共服务的重视程度决定着当地基本公共服务的支出水平。
Based on the data of 2005-2011 years of 21 prefecture-level cities of Guangdong Province, by u- sing empirical analysis, this paper analyzes the factors affecting regional difference of basic public serv- ice. The results show that the economic development level and financial capacity are the significant fac- tors influencing the gap of regional basic public service expenditure, and fiscal expenditure preference is the most important influencing factor, which impact is fat higher than the level of economic development and financial capacity. This indicates that the degree of attention by local government to the basic public service determines the expenditure level of local basic public service.
