摘要
目的:比较0.6%利多卡因的不同剂量行星状神经节阻滞的临床效果及安全性。方法:选择行星状神经节阻滞的治疗患者42例,将其随机分为A、B、C 3组(n=14),各组使用0.6%利多卡因分别为4、6、8ml进行星状神经阻滞;观察各组有效率、阻滞持续时间及并发症。结果:阻滞有效率A组为67.1%,B组为92.2%,C组93.8%;持续时间A组(32.3±3.1)min,B组(33.7±3.8)min,C组(34.6±3.0)min,无统计学差异;各组均有不良反应的发生,但使用小剂量的0.6%利多卡因阻滞星状神经节较大剂量不良反应的发生率低。结论:使用0.6%利多卡因6 ml行星状神经节阻滞更适宜。
Objective： To compare the effectiveness and safety of stellate ganglion block with different doses of 0.6 % lidocaine. Methods： 42 patients with stellate ganglion block were randomly divided into three groups： group A（4 ml）, group B（6 ml）, group C（8 ml）, 14 cases in each. All of the patients were given 0.6% lidocaine. The duration time, the effective rate of block and complications were recorded. Results： The effective rate of block was 67. 196 in group A, group B was 92.2 % and group C was 93.8 %. No differences were found in the duration time, group A was （32.3 ± 3.1）min, group B was（33.7 ± 3.8）min, group C was （34.6 ± 3.0） rain. The complications were observed in every group, but the side effect frequency which in the little dose group was less than the more one. Conclusion：Stellate ganglion block with 0.6 % lidocaine 6ml is suitable.
