摘要
目的:探讨家庭式沟通在妇科护理中应用的临床价值。方法:选取我院收治的103例患者,随机分为干预组51例和对照组52例,干预组在对照组的基础上进行家庭式沟通护理模式,于患者出院时进行效果分析。结果:干预组总体满意度为98.04%,明显高于对照组的82.69%。结论:在妇科护理中,有效的家庭式沟通,能达到提高护理工作效率,避免护患纠纷,促进病人身心健康的目的。
Objective： To investigate the family commun- ication in gynecologic nursing clinical apphcatlon value. Methods： From August September to 2012 2011 in our hospital were treated in our department in 103 pa- tients, were randomly divided into intervention group 51 cases and control group 52 cases in the control group, the intervention group on the basis of family communication patterns of care, to patients at discharge effect anal- ysis. Results： the intervention group overall satisfaction was 98.04 %, significantly higher than that of control group 82.69 %. Conclusion：In the gynecologic care, effective family communication, which can improve the ef- ficiency of nursing work, avoid protecting the trouble dispute, promote physical and mental health of patients.
