摘要
目的研究家庭式沟通在妇科护理中的应用效果。方法我院选择2013年1月至2014年1月间诊治的124例妇科患者,将其随机分为两组,对照组患者实施常规的护理模式,观察组的患者再此基础上实施家庭式沟通护理模式,比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果经比较观察组明显优于对照组,两组患者差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇科疾病实施治疗的过程中实施家庭式沟通临床效果显著。
Objective To study on the effect of the application of family communication in Gynecological Nursing in. Methods 124 patients in our hospital in 2013 January to 2014 year in January to diagnosis and treatment,were randomly divided into two groups,the control group with routine nursing mode,the observation group of patients and then on this basis the implementation of family communication model of care,compared two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect. Results The observation group was better than the control group,the differences between the two groups were significant,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment in the process ofimplementing family communication a significant clinical effect on gynecological diseases.
