摘要
目的 探讨纵隔肿瘤的超声特点。方法 50例纵隔肿瘤病人采用超声显像仪按探测径路,测量肿瘤三径,综合分析。结果 手术、病理证实:超声诊断符合率96％(48/50)。前上纵隔、后下纵隔肿瘤超声显像显示效果较佳。对鉴别肿瘤囊实性迅速、准确。结论 应用超声检查纵隔肿瘤,对诊断和鉴别具有较大实用价值。
Purpose To probe into the charaters of ultrasonic scan of the mediastinal tumons. Methods the ultrasonic scans of 50 patients with surgically and pathologically verified mediastinal tumors,made according to the routine mediastinal probing access for the measurement of 3 dimensions , were reviewed and analyzed. Result Operation and pathology verify diagnostic rate is 96% (48/50). The scans of tumors in the antero-superior and posteroinferior mediastinum showed better imaging and effectivelly made differential diagnosis between solid and cystic lesions. Conclusion Ultrasonic scan is useful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of mediastinal tumors.
