前列腺肿瘤超声与病理对照的探讨 被引量：4

摘要 通过对前列腺肿瘤超声表现与病理结果的对照分析,探讨经直肠超声(TRUS)对前列腺肿瘤的诊断价值。TRUS引导前列腺穿刺病理活检发现:良性病变19例,恶性病变21例。共检出异常结节样回声23个,经病理证实其中12例为前列腺恶性病变,11例为前列腺增生结节。14例TRUS未发现异常结节样回声,其中6例病理证实为前列腺恶性病变。结果表明,对于弥漫型及巨块型前列腺恶性肿瘤,TRUS具有较高的诊断准确率。通过观察异常血管化的结节诊断前列腺癌的特异性较低。病灶局限、超声声像图无明显异常的结节不能完全除外前列腺癌的可能性。
