摘要
对元素分析仪测定硫含量的影响因素进行了探讨 ,从理论上分析了元素分析仪测定硫含量时样品中金属的干扰 ,讨论了燃烧管及还原管温度对测量结果的影响。推荐了两种消除金属元素影响的方法。在被测样品上覆盖WO3作为辅助燃烧添加剂 ,分析不含卤素的样品时将管中银丝或银网去除 。
The interference of metals in sample on the determination of sulphur contents by CHNS elemental analyzer was investigated. Effects of temperatures of combution and reduction tubes on measurement results are discussed. Two methods for eliminating effects of metals are proposed. Better results can be obtained by covering samples with WO 3 as secondary combustion additive and removing silver wool and silver net from quartz tube when analyzing samples free of halogen.
