摘要
目的调查我院抗菌药物的应用情况,分析其不合理用药实例,为临床医师提供参考,促进医院合理用药水平提高。方法提取2011-07至2012-07各临床科室的总药费与抗菌药物的总金额,并对住院病历进行回顾性统计,对抗菌药物的使用合理性进行评价和分析。结果泌尿科使用抗菌药物费用比例为44.15%,其次为普外科41.52%;共调查住院病历2 994份,其中1 866份使用了抗菌药物,906份存在不合理用药情况。抗菌药物使用率为62.32%,抗菌药物不合理使用比例为48.55%。结论我院住院患者抗菌药物使用率高,药占比偏高,存在各种不合理用药情况,需要制定有力的措施来纠正我院抗菌药物不合理应用的现象。
Objective To investigate the use of antibacterials and to analyze the cases of irrational use of antibacterials in this hospital, providing reference for clinicians and promoting the rational use of antibacterials. Methods The expenses of total drugs and antibacterials from 2011 to 2012 and the retrospective investigation of medical records of in -patients were performed in this hospital. Rationality of antibacterials use was analyzed and evaluated. Results The rate of antibacterials expense in department of urology was 44.15% , and the next was department of generalsurgery （41.52%）. 2994 inpatients＇ medical records were investigated, of which 1886 recorded use of antibacterials（62.32% ） and 906 exhibit a irrational use of antibacterials （48.55%）. Conclusions The rate of antibacterials use and drug expenses in this hospital are high and the various irrational uses exist. Potent countermeasures needed to be adopted to decrease the irrational use of antibacterials.
