摘要
目的分析局麻下无张力疝修补术疗效及相关并发症发生的原因。方法回顾性分析2006年1月～2012年6月在本科进行该项手术的368例患者的临床资料。结果 349例患者术后痊愈。19例患者出现术后并发症,其中术中血压降低、心律减慢1例,术后尿潴留1例,术后局部疼痛5例,术后切口感染2例,阴囊水肿、血肿3例,均经对症治疗后好转;复发7例,再次行无张力疝修补术后治愈。结论局麻下行无张力疝修补术可获得良好的术后疗效,但仍应注意并发症的发生。平时认真学习相关的局部解剖知识,术中进行严格手术标准操作及术后采取正确的治疗方法是防治无张力疝修补术后并发症发生的关键。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of inguinal hernia repaired with tension-free hernioplasty un- der local anesthesia. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 368 patients with inguinal hernia who were admitted in our hospital from January 2006 t o^une 2012. Results Three hundred and forty-nine pa- tients were cured after operation. Complications occurred in 19 patients after operation： 1 case of lower blood pres- sured and rhythm slow of operation, 1 case of urinary retention of postoperative, 5 cases of incision pain, 2 cases of in- cision infection, 3 eases of scrota/edema or hematoma, were all improved after symptomatic treatment. Recurrence oc- curred in 7 cases, cured after second operation. Conclusion The tension-free hernia repair under local anesthesia can achieve good efficacy after operation, but should still pay attention to complications. To study the anatomy knowledge, strict standard operating during operation and postoperative treatment are keys to prevent complications after tension- free hernia repair.
