球囊扩张椎体成形术的护理

摘要 目的 研究经皮球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松引起的胸腰椎压缩性骨折的术中和术后护理对策,预防并发症,提高患者术后康复水平.方法 对50例骨质疏松引起的胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者行经皮球囊扩张椎体成形术.术前进行健康宣教、体位训练等;术中按标准操作,协助医生按标准流程,完成手术,并严密检测生命体征;术后对症护理,预防并发症,指导功能锻炼,并进行详细的出院宣教.结果 50例患者均成功完成球囊扩张椎体成形术.没有发生护理并发症,患者术后功能恢复良好.结论 围手术期的护理干预是患者接受手术、术后早日康复的重要保证.
