摘要
目的观察宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效。方法宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术患者73例随机分为两组。单独宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术组(电切组)37例;宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗组(联合组)36例,随访观察治疗效果。结果联合组月经改善、月经间期出血及子宫内膜息肉复发率均优于电切组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗子宫内膜息肉具有较好的疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopic endometrial polyps electric resection joint deso- gestrel and ethinyl estradiol treatment of endometrial polyps. Methods Seventy-three cases of hysteroscopic endometri- al polyps patients with transurethral resection were randomly divided into two groups. I-Iysteroscopy transurethral resec- tion of endometrial polyps group （TCRP group） 37 cases; hysteroscopic endometrial polyps transurethral resection joint desogestrel and ethinyl estradiol treatment group （combined group） 36 cases, treatment effect was observed. Results Menstrual improvement of the combined group, intermenstrual bleeding and endometrial polyp recurrence rate were su- perior to TURP group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Hysteroscopy transurethral re- section of endometrial polyps joint desogestrei and ethlnyl estradiol treatment of endometrial polyps have a good effect.
