摘要
目的探讨宫腔镜电切技术治疗子宫内膜息肉的疗效。方法回顾性分析128例宫腔镜下息肉电切术患者的手术及随访情况。结果 128例手术均顺利完成,无术中及术后并发症发生,手术时间(18.25±0.5)min,术中出血量平均(32.5±7.27)ml。住院时间1～5d。治疗后随访12～24个月,术后随访满意率达96.1%(123/128),复发4例,无不规则阴道流血者。结论宫腔镜手术无切口,手术时间短,创伤小,出血量少,术后恢复快、保留脏器功能,患者满意度高。故在有条件的医院,应将宫腔镜手术作为治疗子宫内膜息肉的首选方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods A retrospective analysis of 128 cases of hysteroscopic resection of polyps in patients with surgery and follow-up situation.Results Totally 128 patients were operated successfully without intraoperative and postoperative complications,operative time（18.25±0.5） min,blood loss（32.5±7.27） ml.Length of stay 1~5d.Treatment follow-up 12 to 24 months postoperative follow-up satisfaction rate of 96.1%（123/128）,4 cases of recurrence,no irregular vaginal bleeding were.Conclusions Hysteroscopic surgery without incision,shorter operative time,less trauma,less blood loss,postoperative recovery,organ retention,patient satisfaction is high.Therefore,in conditions of the hospital,should be hysteroscopy for endometrial polyps as the preferred method.
