金黄活血散对痛风大鼠软骨降解调控因子影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过金黄活血散对急性痛风性关节炎软骨降解细胞因子的调控,探索外用中药对尿酸盐结晶造成软骨损伤保护作用的机制和作用。方法按随机对照法将48只雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组:正常对照组、模型对照组、扶他林组(即阳性对照组)、金黄活血散组(即治疗组)共4组。造模成功后,各组于造模后第6天即踝关节局部给药物处理。连续给药1周后,取血清和软骨组织检测。结果 MMP-3、TNF-α、IL-1含量测定:模型组与正常对照组比较,MMP-3、TNF-α、IL-1含量值明显升高(P<0.05),扶他林组与金黄活血散组与模型组比较,含量均低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论金黄活血散通过对软骨降解因子的影响,有助于恢复关节软骨降解与合成之间的平衡,达到对关节软骨的保护和治疗作用。 Objective To study the circulation of golden blood scattered to acute gouty arthritis cartilage degradation cytokines, exploring the mechanisms and the function of Chinese medicine for external on the cartilage damage caused by urate crystals. Methods Forty-eight male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups according to randomized controlled method: normal control group, model control group, voharen group (that was positive control group), the golden blood circulation scattered group (that was the treatment group), a total of 4 groups. After the mod- eling, on the sixth day every group were gave drug treatment on local ankle, after one week continuous administration, detection in serum and cartilage tissue. Results Determine the content of MMP-3, TNF-α and IL-1: compared with the normal control group, the content of MMP-3, TNF alpha and IL-1 on the model group increased significantly (P 〈 0.05), the voharen group and The golden blood circulation scattered group, the content are lower than those of model group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The effect of Golden blood scattered on gout cartilage degradation regulatory factor, the golden scattered through the blood of cartilage degradation factors, contributing to restore the balance between the degradation and synthesis of the articular cartilage, achieving the protective and therapeutic effect of articular cartilage.
