类风湿关节炎诊断和缓解标准及其进展 被引量：19

摘要 类风湿关节炎（RA）是一种以慢性进行性关节病变为主要改变的自身免疫病，患者可出现严重的关节畸形及功能丧失，不仅严重影响患者的健康和生活质量，还给社会带来了巨大的经济负担，早期诊断、及时规范化治疗是改善RA预后的关键。现主要介绍RA的分类（诊断）标准和缓解标准，希望对风湿科医师有所裨益。
