摘要
目的探讨全人护理理念在重症监护室优质护理活动中的实践情况。方法优化护理质量管理运行机制,完善工作指引及服务流程,注重护理文化建设,提供个性化特色护理,将全人护理理念全面渗透于重症监护室的各工作环节,让优质护理贯穿诊疗全过程。观察该科应用全人护理理念的效果。结果患者及家属对护理服务的满意度从86.00%上升到97.00%,护理不良事件发生率从0.12%下降至0.04%。结论全人护理理念与实践相结合,能有效地提高患者及家属的满意度,提高护理质量和服务品质,保障护理安全。
Objective To explore the practice situation of holistic health care in the quality care activities of ICU. Methods Optimized the quality of care management operation mechanism, improved the working guidelines and service processes, emphasised on the construction of nursing culture, provided personalized specialty care and comprehensively imple- mented the concept of holistic health care aspect of our work in the intensive care unit in order to keep the quality care go through the the whole treatment process. Observed the practice effect of holistic health care. Results The satisfaction of pa- tients and their families on the care services was rised from 86.00% to 97.00% ,the incidence of care adverse events was de- clined from 0.12% to 0.04%. Conclusion The practice of holistic health care in the quality care activities can effectively improve the satisfaction of patient and their families, improve the quality of care and quality of service and the insure the nurs- ing security.
