摘要
目的了解ICU综合征的相关危险因素,并提出相应的护理措施。方法回顾性分析2004年1月～2007年2月于本院ICU住院治疗的206例患者的病史资料。采用Logistic回归进行统计分析ICU综合征的危险因素。结果Logistic回归结果显示,男性、既往病史中的精神病、脑外伤、脑血管疾病、本次入院疾病中的急性心肌梗死、急性心衰、冠心病心绞痛、脑血管疾病、脑外伤是ICU综合征的危险因素。结论ICU综合征由多种危险因素引起,对于一些高危人群,应积极预防并采取综合的护理措施。
Objective：To know about the relative dangerous factors of Intensivecare syndrome and offer relative nursing interventions, Method： We reviewed and analysed the files of the patients in ICU of our hospital from Januarry,200d till February,2007.We used Logistic to analyse the files.Results：The result shows that Male,mental diseases in past,brain injury,brain vessel diseases, myocardial infarction this time, acute heart failure,brain vessel diseases and brain injury are all dangerous factors of intensivecare syndrome.Conclusion：Intensivecare syndrome is caused by many dangerous factors.To some critical patients, We should take active prevention measures and multiple nursing intervention.
