摘要
目的探索中国网上药店的发展之路。方法对比分析中英两国网上药店的发展及规制,为我国提供借鉴。结果与结论我国网上药店发展过程中,可借鉴英国网上药店经验,通过完善法律法规,加强行业协会自律等途径规范网上药店的经营。
Objective To explore the development approaches of online pharmacies in China. Methods A comparative analysis was conducted on the online pharmacy development and regulation in Britain and China, providing reference for China. Results and Conclusion We can develop our online pharmacies by reference of British experience such as perfecting laws and regulations, strengthening industry association self-discipline, etc.
