关节镜下滑膜切除术治疗膝关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨关节镜下滑膜切除术治疗膝关节弥漫型色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎(pigment-edvillonodular synovitis,PVNS)的临床疗效。方法 19例膝关节弥漫型PVNS患者在关节镜下行滑膜全切除术。术前术后分别行Lysholm膝关节功能评分及国际膝关节评分委员会(IKDC)膝关节功能主观评分,通过评分来评价手术疗效。结果术后随访12～48个月。其中1例术后23个月复发,再次行关节镜下滑膜切除术。术后Lysholm膝关节功能评分为(92.3±6.9)分,IKDC膝关节功能主观评分为(90.7±2.8)分,与术前相比,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论关节镜下滑膜切除治疗膝关节弥漫型PVNS,对机体组织损伤小、术后关节功能恢复快,近期复发率低,值得临床推广应用。
