膝关节周围滑膜病变诊治进展

摘要 滑膜被覆于关节囊、腱鞘和滑囊的内表面，分泌滑液，促进物质交换和润滑关节。滑膜的许多良性肿瘤和瘤样病变常常累及负重关节，尤其是膝关节，可导致膝关节疼痛、肿胀和功能障碍，影响患者生活质量。近年来，随着关节镜和人工关节置换手术的普及，各种病变标本的检出量迅速增加，对于膝关节周围滑膜疾病的诊断显得尤为重要，治疗方法也不断改进。现就膝关节周围滑膜病变的诊断和治疗进展作一综述。
