油脂提取及脂肪酸分析方法评述 被引量:2

摘要 对油脂的提取方法及脂肪酸的分析方法的进行了评述。传统脂肪提取方法耗时费力,因此一些新技术成为了研究的焦点,主要有离子液体提取技术、超临界流体提取技术、超声波辅助提取技术、微波辅助提取技术等。这些新方法具有传统方法不可比拟的优点。典型脂肪酸的定性定量方法包括色谱分析法,红外光谱分析法,核磁共振分析法和电泳法等。 The methods of fat extraction and fatty acid analysis are reviewed. Traditional methods of fat extraction are waste of time and energy consumption, so the study focus on some new techniques, including ionic liquid extraction, supercritical fluid extraction, ultrasonic wave assisted extraction and microwave assisted extraction. These new meth ods have the advantages of traditional method incomparable. While, the typical methods for qualitative and quantita tive analysis of fatty acids include chromatography, IR,NMR and electrophoresis method, etc.
