摘要
生物柴油因其良好的燃烧性能、原料可再生、对环境友好等优点已成为石化柴油可靠的替代品。生物柴油中除含有脂肪酸甲酯外,还含有甘油、甘油一酯、甘油二酯、甘油三酯等杂质,这些杂质的存在严重影响生物柴油品质。综述了气相色谱、气质联用、高效液相色谱、红外光谱、核磁共振等分析方法在生物柴油组成定量分析、酯交换反应监控、调和生物柴油质量控制方面的应用,将有助于生物柴油分析方法和分析技术进一步改进和发展。
Biodiesel is a better substitute for petro -diesel for its high calorific power, renewable sources and environmental friendliness. The composition of biodiesel determines its physical properties. Besides fatty acid methyl ester, the contaminants or other minor components in biodiesel including glycerol, mono - , di - , triglycerides, etc. can seriously influence biodiesel quality. The applications of some ana- lytical methods including gas chromatography,gas chromatography -mass spectrometry, high performance liquid chromatography, infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance, etc. in quantitative analysis, transesterification reaction monitoring and quality control of blend biodiesel were discussed. Assessment of the available techniques could be conducive to the improvement and further development of biodiesel analysis.
