摘要
目的探究社区对老年HT合并DM患者给予规范性治疗化管理的临床价值。方法选取我院2009年3月～2012年3月共800例患者，按随机数字表分为实验组及对照组各400例，实验组予规范性社区治疗化管理，对照组予常规社区疾病控制治疗方式，对比两组患者临床资料差异性。结果实验组在病情介绍及治疗方案、上门及时服务、医患配合3方面较对照组满意度高，规律服药、疾病知识掌握、适当运动、饮食食盐控制、血压监测分别提高：42．25％、40．50％、27．50％、25．00％、22．00％，实验组两周患病率、1年住院率较实验组分别低5．75％、9．00％，P均〈0．05。结论突出以PDCA循环为主的社区规范性管理干预在老年HT合并DM患者中．可和谐医患关系，提高患者依从性，治疗效果提升，可称为社区卫生服务的新模式。
Objective To explore the community the elderly HT patients with DM give normative treatment manage- ment and clinical value. Methods The interception of my courtyard from 2009 March to 2012 March a total of 800 pa- tients randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 400 cases in each group, the experimental group received standard treatment in community management, the control group received routine community disease control treatment modalities, contrast group two patients clinical data difference. Results The experimental group was in introduction and treatment regimens, onsite timely service, than in the control group had higher satisfaction, regular medication, disease knowledge, proper exercise, diet control, blood pressure monitoring salt respectively was 42.25%, 40.50%, 27.50%, 25.00%, 22.00%, experimental group two week prevalence rate, 1 years of hospitalization rate of ex- perimental group were lower than 5.75%, 9.00%, P all 〈 0.05. Conclusion To highlight the PDCA cycle based com- munity normative management intervention in elderly HT patients with DM, can the harmonious doctor-patient rela- tionship, enhancing the compliance of patients, improve the effect of treatment, may be referred to as a community health service new mode.
