摘要
目的:通过对在社区卫生服务站问诊的老年高血压合并糖尿病患者的健康状况进行调查与分析,考察社区管理的实际意义。方法:采用分层抽样方法从社区内抽取60例老年高血压合并糖尿病患者,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组主要采取药物治疗及健康教育的方式进行干预,对照组同期进行相关指标的检查和记录。随访3个月,比较老年高血压合并糖尿病患者干预前、后血压、血糖的变化。结果:应用社区管理方案进行干预的治疗组30例老年患者检查指标显示:与管理实施前比较,治疗组老年患者在不规则用药、缺少运动方面都有所改善,饮酒和高盐摄入这种不良生活习惯也得到有效地控制,与管理前及对照组比较均有明显差异(P<0.05);治疗组患者的血压、血糖得到有效控制,与管理前及对照组比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:采取社区卫生服务站干预式综合治疗法能够有效提高社区内高血压合并糖尿病老年人对疾病的认识和正确对待,可以有效控制老年患者的血压和血糖,有利于其身体健康。
Objective： To investigate status of eider patients with hypertenmon ana alanetes who visited community health center and to analyze the effect of community management. Methods： A total of 60 elderly hypertensive patients with diabetes were selected by stratified sampling, and were divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in experimental group had drug treatment and health education. Blood pressure and glucose were detected and compared. Results： Patients in treatment group had more significant improvement in administration and exercise, and the control was more satisfactory about poor living habits such as alcohol, smoking and high salt diet after management （P〈0.05）; patients in treatment group had significantly lower blood pressure and blood glucose after management, and the difference was also significant compared with control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions-Community intervention therapy can improve the understanding of patients about the diseases, and can effectively control blood pressure and blood sugar.
