摘要
在口钩长、口钩宽、头咽骨长及体长 4个形态指标中 ,美洲斑潜蝇和南美斑潜蝇幼虫的口钩及头咽骨长度在同种幼虫的 3个龄期之间差异显著 ,可作为幼虫分龄的标准。口钩及头咽骨的平均长度在两种斑潜蝇同龄幼虫之间差异不明显 ,难以作为这两种斑潜蝇幼虫的鉴别依据。
Four morphological indicators, i. e. mouth hook length, cephalopharyngeal skeleton length, mouth hook width and body length, of Liriomyza sativae Blanchard and L. huidobrensis (Blanchard) were measured at different instars of the larvae. The former two showed distinct differences between three larval instars of both species and were, therefore, considered useful indicators for the separartion of their larval instars. However, no significant differences were oserved in the two morphological characteristics between the larvae of the two leafminers at similar development stage.
