摘要
应用扫描电镜(SEM)对桔小实蝇本地寄生蜂长尾全裂茧蜂Diachasmimorpha longicaudata(Ashmead)雌成虫的产卵器感器进行观察。结果表明:长尾全裂茧蜂的产卵器由2根产卵鞘和产卵针两部分构成,产卵鞘上分布有倒钩状组织。在产卵器上共有7种感器,分别为Bhm鬃毛、毛形感器Ⅰ、毛形感器Ⅱ、钟形感器Ⅰ、钟形感器Ⅱ、表皮刺和分泌毛孔。并对各个感器的形态、分布及生理功能做了阐述。
The ovipositor sensory sensilla of the parasitoid Diachasmimorpha longicaudata Ashmead were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The ovipositor of D. longicaudata were formed with two ovipositor sheathes with some barb - like apophyses and one specula - speculae. Seven morphogically distinct types of sensilla were found on the ovipositor, including Bohm bristle, sensilla trichoidea Ⅰ ,sensilla trichoidea Ⅱ, sensilla campaniformⅠ , sensilla campaniform Ⅱ, cuticular spines and smell pore. The morphology, distribution and the function of these sensory receptors were also introduced.
