桔小实蝇本地寄生蜂长尾全裂茧蜂雌成虫产卵器感器的扫描电镜观察 被引量:9

Scanning electron microscopy observations on the sensory receptors of the ovipositor of female Diachasmimorpha longicaudata Ashmead

摘要 应用扫描电镜(SEM)对桔小实蝇本地寄生蜂长尾全裂茧蜂Diachasmimorpha longicaudata(Ashmead)雌成虫的产卵器感器进行观察。结果表明:长尾全裂茧蜂的产卵器由2根产卵鞘和产卵针两部分构成,产卵鞘上分布有倒钩状组织。在产卵器上共有7种感器,分别为Bhm鬃毛、毛形感器Ⅰ、毛形感器Ⅱ、钟形感器Ⅰ、钟形感器Ⅱ、表皮刺和分泌毛孔。并对各个感器的形态、分布及生理功能做了阐述。 The ovipositor sensory sensilla of the parasitoid Diachasmimorpha longicaudata Ashmead were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The ovipositor of D. longicaudata were formed with two ovipositor sheathes with some barb - like apophyses and one specula - speculae. Seven morphogically distinct types of sensilla were found on the ovipositor, including Bohm bristle, sensilla trichoidea Ⅰ ,sensilla trichoidea Ⅱ, sensilla campaniformⅠ , sensilla campaniform Ⅱ, cuticular spines and smell pore. The morphology, distribution and the function of these sensory receptors were also introduced.
