摘要
用激光干涉法测量误差的原理 ,通过计算机控制的误差补偿系统对数控机床的定位误差进行补偿 。
This paper states the principle of measuring error by laser interference and the positioning error compensation of the CNC machine tool by the computer controlled error compensating system.The experiment indicates that considerable improvement of the positioning accuracy can be made by this method.
