摘要
目的探讨经直肠超声引导下行前列腺穿刺活检术围手术期相关护理问题。方法回顾性分析148例采用经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术患者的临床资料,行术前心理护理、肠道准备,术中密切观察及配合,术后加强病情观察、心理护理与健康教育。结果 148例患者顺利完成活检术,术后血尿61例,大便带血丝33例,菌血症3例,排尿困难1例。结论术前心理护理和充分肠道准备及术后有效护理是行前列腺穿刺活检术顺利进行和减少并发症的重要措施。
Objective Investigate perioperative nursing intervention of transrectal ultrasound guided prostate puncture and biopsy. Methods 148 cases were selected which need transrectal ultrasound guided prostate puncture and biopsy. Nursing intervention include preoperative mental nurs-ing and bowel preparation, intraoperative close observation and cooperation, postoperative observation, mental nursing and health educadon. Re-sult 148 cases prostate biopsy accomplished. After biopsy, 61 cases hematuria, 33 cases bloody stool, 3 cases bacteremia, 1 case dysuria. Con-dusion Preoperative mental nursing and thorough bowel preparation, postoperative effective nursing are important intervention to complete the operation and induce complication during prostate puncture and biopsy.
