摘要
利用示差扫描热分析仪 (DSC)和热循环疲劳试验 ,研究了形状记忆处理温度、冷加工率和喷丸工艺对Ti 50 2Ni形状记忆合金 (SMA)弹簧疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明 ,在 673~ 773K热处理状态下 ,该合金的相变类型为 ,经 773K热处理后 ,弹簧有较高的疲劳寿命 ;用冷加工率较小的Ti Ni丝绕制的弹簧疲劳寿命较高 ;喷丸处理可有效提高该弹簧的疲劳寿命。
ST5”BZ]The effect of the temperature of shape memory treatment,cold working rate and shot-peening process on the fatigue limit of Ti-50.2Ni shape memory alloy (SMA) spiral spring had been studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermal cycling fatigue test.After shape memory treatment at 673~773K,the transformation type of this alloy was .The Ti-Ni SMA spiral spring had longer fatigue limit when heat treatment at 773K.The fatigue limit of the spring made with small cold working rate Ti-Niwire was higher.The fatigue limit of Ti-Ni SMA spring could be efficiently increased by shot-peening.
