摘要
用示差扫描热分析仪(DSC)、光学显微镜和扫描电镜研究了不同时效工艺对Ti-56Ni合金组织、相变温度和相变热的影响.结果表明,该合金铸态组织中不存在析出物;固溶、时效处理后产生了大量块状、针状、点状析出物;时效工艺对这种合金R相变温度和相变热影响不大,对其M相交行为有显著影响.
The effect of different aging processes on structure, transformation temperature and transformationheat of Ti-56Ni alloy have been investigated by DSC,optical microscopy and SEM. It has been confirmed that there areon procipitates in casting structure,and alarge amount of black,needle and point precipitates are produced after solution and aging treatment: Aging processes hardly have effect on R phase transformation temperature and transformation heat, but have obvious effect on martensite transformation behaviour in this alloy.
