摘要
综述了常见功能性低聚糖的种类、生产和精制方法以及在食品、保健品、饲料等行业的应用情况,并对低聚糖产业存在的问题和发展趋势进行了阐述。
The classification, producing and refining methods of the functional oligosaccharide were reviewed in this paper. In addition, the application of oligosaccharides in food, health products, feed industry and other industries were introduced. The problems and development trends of oligosaccharides industry were described.
