摘要
对往复压缩机气缸故障诊断提出新思路,利用红外热像技术,对往复压缩机气缸进行热力学模型分析,公式推导,通过导热反问题反演计算出气缸外部温度变化时内部温度场的变化。红外热像图可以详细测量每一点的温度变化,并由历史数据对比发现问题,分析气缸内部温度升高的故障原因,找到故障部件,给出机组维修策略。
The new method for cylinder failure diagnosis of the reciprocating compressor was proposed.Through the infrared thermogram,the every point of the temperature change can be measured;and through contrasting to the history data,the fault parts can be found,including their fault causes so as to work out the solutions to the machine maintenance.
