摘要
在ERP原理的基础上根据特定针织服装生产企业中生产的连续化、多台化、手工操作多等及生产工艺上的特点,分析针织服装企业在交货期、物料批次及管理精确度上的需求,并在特定针织服装企业中建立了服装ERP的生产管理系统,提高计划的有效性和准确性,实现对原料的批次跟踪,提高成本核算的精确程度。
On the basis of the ERP theory, according to the production characteristics of continuousness, many instruments working and manual operations in the special knitting fashion enterprise, analyses the requirements on the delivery time, the material batch and the management accuracy rating. In the same time, setups the production management system in fashion ERP. By the work, in the fashion enterprise, the effectiveness and the accuracy of the production planning are raised, the material batch following is realized, and the degree of the accuracy on the cost accounting is improved.
