摘要
目的:通过正交实验优化金蝉花多糖的微波辅助提取工艺。方法:以金蝉花多糖常规提取为基准,采用单因素实验和正交设计优化微波辅助提取实验条件,借助苯酚一硫酸显色法测定样品多糖含量。结果:优化后多糖得率最高为2.9644%,相对传统沸水提取法,提取时间缩短了一半,多糖得率提高49.4%。结论:微波辅助提取法应用于金蝉花多糖的提取能够缩短时间,提高多糖得率。
Objective: Microwave-assisted extraction of polysaccharides in cordyceps cicadae was optimized by an orthogonal experi- ment. Methods: Basis on polysaccharides conventional extraction, single factor test and orthogonal experiment design methods were ap- plied to optimize the extraction conditions, and determination the polysaccharides content by phenol-sulferic acid method. Result: The extraction yield of polysaccharides is 2.964 4% by Microwave-assisted extraction. Compared with traditional boiling water extraction, microwave-assisted extraction had obvious advantages including the faster extraction and higher yield. Conclusion: Yield of polysaccha- rides was improved significantly and extract time was greatly reduced by microwave-assisted extraction of polysaccharides in cordyceps cicadae.
