摘要
本文对MnO+SiC+(CaO)高温熔融直接还原法冶炼微C-Mn-Fe的理论和技术进行了全面分析,进而确认MnO+SiC+(CaO)高温熔融直接还原的各项参数。经分析证实了用SiC做还原剂与MnO在高温下直接还原而制得优质的微C-Mn-Fe理论的正确性,工艺技术的可靠性。
Fumdamental theory and practical technology of the preparation of micro-C-Mn-Fe by direct smelting reduction of MnO + SiC at high temperature are comprehensively analyzed. Various technical parameters for the direct smelting reduction process of MnO+SiC+ (CaO) at high temperature are established accordingly. The analysis has proved that the theory of the direct smelting reduction process for micro-C-Mn-Fe using SiC as reducing agent is correct, and the technology is reliable.
