摘要
"工学结合、校企合作"是我国高等职业教育人才培养的重要模式,通过校企合作调动企业参与职业教育的积极性,达到互利、互惠、双赢。同时以此来发挥行业企业优势,与学校教育形成高度凝聚的教育合力。职业院校当前的校企合作层次不深,且以人才培养方案制定、课程开发与建设等方面为主,在学生职业素养培养等方面,同样应进行深度的校企合作,共同培养学生的职业素养,才能符合企业对学生综合素养的需求,培养出高素质技能型人才。
