摘要
大力推行工学结合、校企合作的人才培养模式,是我国职业教育发展的方向。从湖南工业职业技术学院机械类专业特点及高职人才培养定位出发,分析目前机械类专业实践教学中存在的问题,进而有针对性地探讨该专业试行工学结合人才培养模式的必要性与可行性。
Energetically implement the culture model on association of study and practice, cooperation of school and enterprise is the direc- tion of development of vocational education in china. The essay based on the manufacturing major of hunan institute of industry , on problems in the practice teaching ,it discussed the necessity and feasibility on the culture model of association of study and practice in the major.
