本文简要阐述了BT项目的法律特征及面临的各类风险,并提出了如何控制和规避项目风险的措施,以期为类似项目提供参考经验。
This paper briefly described the legal features and the types of risks of the BT project , and proposed measures to control and avoid project risk , in order to provide a reference for similar projects.
