摘要
工程造价咨询行业作为房地产、建筑等关系国计民生的重要产业的中介行业,起到第三方的监督作用,本文分析和总结了我国改革开放后工程造价咨询行业发展的现状,并在借鉴国外工程造价行业发展的先进经验的基础上,对我国工程造价行业发展提出了对策。
As an agency industry of real estate and construction related to the national economy and people＇s livelihood,project cost consultation industry playsa third superintendence role.The development situation of project cost consultation industry in China is analyzed and summarized.Based on the foreign advanced experience,the countermeasures are put forward.
