摘要
目的:针对护生生产实习中护理安全影响因素,提出预防措施,减少生产实习中护理安全事故的发生,提高护生实习质量,为带教老师改进临床带教提供参考意见。方法:选取2011年2月～2012年2月在我院妇产科生产实习中临床护生发生的护理差错及护理投诉事件进行整理,分析生产实习中护理安全的影响因素,并针对性的提出预防措施。结果:实习前、后期护生发生护理差错及护理投诉的影响因素有所不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护生生产实习中影响护理安全的因素包括护生自身素质、带教老师、医院管理因素及就业压力等。实习前期影响护生护理安全的因素主要在于缺乏临床经验,技术水平差反复操作;后期的主要影响因素是就业压力及护生随着操作水平的提高而产生浮躁情绪。
Objective： Analysis of graduation practice influencing factors, nursing safety and prevention measures were put forward to reduce the nursing safety accidents so as to improve the quality of graduation prac- tice for generations, and improve the clinical teaching teachers providing certain reference opinions. Methods： During the internship in department of Gynecology and Obstetrics from2011, 2 to 2012, 2, the cases being col- lectted according to the occurrence time were summarized respectively arrangement, analysis, exiting in before the practice, late nursing error and nursing safety happened influencing factors of the complaint events different and pedinent prevention measures were put forward. Result： The main influencing factors before practice late were different about the practice nursing errors and nursing complaints. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The influencing factors on nursing safety of graduation practice included their own quality, teacher, hospital management factors and the employment pressure, etc. During the internship early, the influ- encing factors of exiting nursing safety mainly lied in the lack of clinical experience and easily occured errors, but also had the higher working enthusiasm and wanted to promote their ability so as to more repeated operations. During the later, the main influencing factors were employment pressure and pride and complacency along with raising the level of operation.
