摘要
目的探讨护生实习后期护理安全影响因素及防范对策。方法对我院2001年至2005年护生实习后期发生的12起护理差错进行分析。结果法律意识淡薄,执行操作规程不认真、未严格执行"三查八对"、未能较好执行带教老师放手不放眼的制度是影响护理安全的主要因素。结论加强护生实习后期管理,严格执行各项查对制度,健全和完善临床教学监督机制是预防差错发生的关键。
Objective To explore the influence factors and strategies of nursing safety among nursing students during the final stage of clinical practice. Method The 12 cases of nursing errors among nursing students from 2001 to 2005 were analyzed. Results The main influence factors of nursing safety among nursing students were weak legal awareness, unserious attitude to the implementation of nursing procedures and check regulations, as well as clinical teachers＇ supervision. Conclusion The key points to prevent nursing errors are to strengthen the management of nursing students during the final stage of clinical practice, strictly implement the check regulations, and improve the supervision system in the clinical practice.
