复方甘草酸苷注射液致不良反应7例分析 被引量：3

摘要 复方甘草酸苷注射液具有保护肝细胞膜、抗感染、抗变态反应、免疫调节、抑制病毒增殖和灭活、解毒等多种药理活性，临床上常用于治疗慢性肝病，改善肝功能，以及治疗湿疹、皮肤炎、荨麻疹，皮肤科还用于治疗紫癜、水痘、寻常性银屑病、带状疱疹等疾病，发生过敏反应者较少见。现将我院近几年应用复方甘草酸苷注射液引发不良反应7例汇总报道如下，希望引起临床高度重视。
