摘要
在可控式RC脉冲电源的基础上,通过研究单个脉冲能量对加工表面质量的影响,分析晶体管开通特性,利用小电阻限流,得到超窄脉宽。通过改进RC微能脉冲电源放电主回路结构,实现了微细加工。
On the basis of the controllable-RC pulse power supply, through the studying on the in- fluence of single pulse energy to processing surface quality, and the transistor's opening characteristics are analyzed. Using small resistor to limit current, ultra-narrow pulse width is obtained. And im-proved RC micro-energy pulse power with discharge main circuit structure realizes micro machining.
