介绍连接盘压铸模的设计方案,浇注系统采用U型浇口,缩短了填充时间,避免填充过程中排气不畅的问题,冷却系统采用可控式点冷却控制模具温度,以提高铸件质量,上滑块采用压块结构,左、右滑块采用前锥套结构能精确定位,有效保证了压铸生产过程中滑块机构的稳定性。
A diecasting die was developed for a connection plate in which a U-shaped gate was applied that shortens the filling time and solves the air vent clog problem. The die temperature was controlled by controllable point cooling system. The upper slide applied pressing piece; while the left and right slide applied front taper sleeve structure for accu-rate positioning which guarantees the stability of slide mechanism in the diecasting process.
