摘要
运动目标检测和跟踪技术是智能巡视的重要研究方向,为电力系统安全提供保障。为了有效地检测变电站中的运动目标,提出了利用高斯混合模型和Blob分析相结合的运动目标检测和跟踪方法。利用高斯混合模型,对背景模型建模,提取前景图像。通过数学形态学对图像进行修正,消除噪声。利用Blob分析算法有效地对运动目标进行检测和跟踪。最后,通过MATLAB软件对不同变电站视频进行仿真实验。实验结果证明算法具有一定的实用性。
The detection and tracking technology of moving target are important research orientation of intelligent inspection for safeguarding electric system safety. The paper proposes the way of both Gaussian Mixture Models (GMM) and Blob analysis for detection and tracking of moving target effectively in the substation. Through building the background model, the foreground images are extracted by use of GMM. The images are revised by mathematics morphology for removing noise. The moving target is Finally, different substation videos are tested through show that the algorithms are practical. detected and tracked by Blob analysis algorithm effectively.
