摘要
贾谊通过阐明统治集团应该具有的礼治素养,阐释礼法教育在治国安邦中的重要地位,试图构建以礼为本、礼法结合的礼治思想体系。其礼治思想以"尊君"、"重民"为出发点和落脚点,赋予儒家思想以新的内涵和特点,丰富和发展了儒家的仁义礼治思想,且上承荀子、下启董仲舒,成为先秦儒学向汉代儒学转变的重要环节,并为稳定封建社会秩序做出了重要贡献。
Through expounding that the dominator should have connection with the Ritual and explaining the importance of etiquette system and legal system in administering the state affairs well and ensures the national security,Jia Yi attempt to creat the ritual system which formalities as root and combined the etiquette with law.＂Respect ing the emperor＂ and ＂valuing the citizen＂ is the core of his ritual system.His ritual system not only refresh the thoughts and features of Confucianism but also enrich and expanded the humaneness and righteousness.The ritual of Jia Yi succeeded Xun Zi＇s thought and enlighten the thoughts of Dong Zhongshu.It was an important step to turn the pre-Qin dynasty Confucian to Han dynasties.It also made a great contribution to stabilize the society.
