摘要
贾谊是西汉初期著名的政治家、思想家。他的治国思想即礼治思想、法治思想及人治思想,三者有机结合,形成一个统一的整体。礼治是目标,法治是手段,人治是关键。
Jia Yi was a famous statesman and thinker at the beginning of Western Han Dynasty. His trinity of thinking in managing state affairs which includes ruling through ethical and legal means, and human efforts forms a universal integrity. Ruling through ethical means is the target. Ruling through legal means is the device. Ruling through human efforts is the key.
