摘要
目的:优选补肾温肺合剂中提取挥发油的最佳工艺方法。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法、水蒸气蒸馏法(改良法)、溶剂提取法、超声波提取法提取补肾温肺合剂中的挥发油,比较其提取量,并采用气相法(GC)对化学成分峰进行比较。结果:4种方法的提取油量和提取率分别是2.3、2.48、1.7、1.4 mL和1.53%、1.66%、1.13%、0.93%;GC图也证明改进后的水蒸汽蒸馏法挥发油组分种类明显比溶剂提取法、超声波提取法多。结论:采用改进后的水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油在提取油量和挥发油组分种类方面优于溶剂提取法、超声波提取法。
Objective： To optimize the extraction technology of volatile oil in Supplementing- Kidney Warming-Lung Mix- ture. Methods： The essential oils were extracted from Supplementing- Kidney Warming-Lung Mixture by steam distillation, Sol- vent extraction method and Ultrasonic extraction. The amount of the components from the essential oil were analyzed by GC. Results： Extraction quantity of oil of four extraction methods were 2.3, 2.48, 1.7 and 1.4 mL respectively; and extraction rate 1.53%, 1.66%, 1.13% and 0.93% respectively. GC shows that the amount of the components from the essential oil by steam distillation is better than other methods. Conclusion： Steam distillation is better than other methods in extraction rate of oil and the amount of the components from the essential oil.
