摘要
随着我国民航业的迅速发展,航空公司对空乘人员特别是优秀空乘人员的需求急剧增加。作为空乘人员重要培养渠道的高等院校近十余年来为航空企业输送了大量的空乘人员。但由于我国高校空乘专业建设时间比较短,很多方面还处于摸索阶段,许多共性问题急需解决。本文从招生、课程设置、教学方式、实习实训、学生管理等方面对空乘专业培养模式的改革进行了研究和探讨。这对于办好空乘专业、培养高素质空乘人员,提高航空企业的核心竞争力等都具有重要的现实意义。
With the development of civil aviation industry in China, the airlines need more and more flight attendants especially excellent stewardess. As the main training channels of flight atten dants, colleges contribute much for the civil aviation industry. However, there are many problems to be solved in the training process, as the flight attendant specialty has been set up just for a few years and many affairs need to be explored. This paper focuses on the reform and exploration of the profes sional flight attendant training mode in the aspect of recruitment, curriculum design, teaching methods, on job practice and student management. The study contributes significance in major construction, highquality flight attendant training and promotion of core competitiveness for civil aviation industry.
