摘要
随着我国加入WTO的临近，我国民航服务业面临着新的挑战，高素质的复合型人才将成为需求的热点。本文从我国民航空乘服务的现状出发，从加大社会关注点、开展高素质教育、完善招聘制度、加强在职人员培训等几方面提出自己在空乘人才问题上的几点看法。
