摘要
中试制备小鼠神经生长因子 ,将小鼠颌下腺经研磨、匀浆、离心、除脂等步骤粗提后 ,经CM 32柱层析、Mr10 0 0 0膜超滤、CM sepharoseFastFlow柱等分离纯化后 ,平均每 10 0 0只成年雄性小鼠颌下腺可获得2 5S神经生长因子 (NGF) 110mg~ 130mg ,Mr 为 130 0 0± 2 0 0 0 ,等电点pH 8 6~ 9 3,结果表明 ,此法生产的NGF纯度及比活均有所提高 ,并且生产流程缩短。
